I / We agree to release, indemnify, and hold Tracy Lanzon-Holman, and teachers for WeeHands with Tracy, harmless from any and all liability claims, actions, judgments, damages, or injuries of every kind and nature whatsoever to the participant and /or his property arising from participation in the activities for which the participant is registering.

I / We further acknowledge that I / We have familiarized myself / ourselves with the description of the activities, understand the hazards and the participant's personal limitations and knowingly assume all risks.

I / We acknowledge I / We have read and understand this Liability Release and Indemnity Agreement.

Registration is on a first come, first served basis. Registration and payment in advance is recommended and will confirm your spot. All classes are subject to cancellation due to lack of enrollment. All returned cheques are subject to a $25.00 service charge. Refunds are only issued if withdrawn more than five (5) business days prior to start date and are subject to the $10 administration fee. Cancellation: You must give at least 48 hours notice of cancellation. Materials for classes are ordered in advance and a spot has been held for you in class. Refunds: Refunds are not available after a class session has begun. Missed Classes/Make up Classes: Out of concern for all babies present, PLEASE do not bring a sick child to class. All missed classes may be made up during the following session. Occasionally, we may need to cancel a class due to the weather or our own children may be sick. We will call you as soon as a class in your session is cancelled and a make-up date for the class will be arranged. Confirmation of class registration will be sent via email.
