Persis Bristol has worked as a certified American Sign Language Interpreter since 1995. She has been involved with the Deaf community nationwide since graduation with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interpreting and Deaf Studies (1996). Persis is also a Certified Labor Doula since 2003 working with women and their families to achieve a satisfying birth experience. She combines her two passions by offering to new parents the gift of communication before speech.
