Katrina Parker
took her 6 month old daughter to WeeHands classes, and they have been
signing together ever since! After gaining a diploma in Early Childhood
Education and completing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and
Counselling, Katrina went on to work as an Autism Consultant, which she
has been doing for the last 13 years. She is currently studying American
Sign Language at the Canadian Hearing Society.

Katrina remarks, "I
was really impressed seeing my daughter pick up
signs so easily and then use them to communicate
with me at such an early age. I want to be able
to pass that excitement onto other families." |
