Tamara Perreira is mom to
three wee ones! Tamara's interest in American
Sign Language (ASL) began early in life....she took her first ASL course at
the age of twelve! While in university she was a member of an ASL and Deaf culture
group. More recently, Tamara has taken courses with the Canadian Hearing Society
and plans to continue her ASL studies as her little ones allow!

Tamara remarks, "When I was
expecting our son I purchased Joseph Garcia’s Sign with your baby
kit. Our son took to signing right away and I began to encourage friends
to try this unique approach with their children. Due to the success with
our son, we have also signed with our daughter, who has recently started
to use signs as well." Tamara is a firm believer in the principles
of Signing with your Baby™ and is an enthusiastic
and dedicated instructor.
